About the role

Join a major digital transformation project and help shape the future of customer-facing digital services. We're seeking a Tester to support a proof-of-concept customer portal built with .NET, React and Form.io.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Build test plans, scenarios, cases and traceability
n
- Execute test cycles across web, API and integrated systems
n
- Validate portal functionality, data flows and system interfaces
n
- Track defects and support triage through to resolution
n
- Support UAT, release checks, knowledge transfer and QA improvement
n

n

Highly desirable criteria

n

n
- API and integration testing experience
n
- Form.io testing experience
n
- Exposure to .NET and React applications
n
- Experience with Azure and Microsoft technology environments
n
- Strong experience across SIT, UAT and regression testing
n

n





Desirable criteria

n

n
- Experience with customer-facing portals or digital platforms
n
- Experience with security, authentication and authorisation testing
n
- Exposure to Agile delivery and DevOps tools
n
- Government or large enterprise testing experience
n
- Relevant testing certification such as ISTQB
n

n

Skills and experience

n

n
- Solid manual testing and test planning skills
n
- Proven API, integration and system testing experience
n
- Ability to create clear test cases, evidence and reports
n
- Strong defect management and stakeholder communication skills
n
- Ability to work across technical and business teams
