About the Role
n
We are currently seeking Registered Nurses to join our growing network of medical centres.
n
Whether your passion is treatment room nursing, chronic disease management, preventative health, or patient education, we offer rewarding opportunities to work within supportive multidisciplinary teams across a range of locations.
n
You'll be expected to:
n
n
- Deliver high-quality clinical care within a general practice setting
n
- Administer vaccinations, medications, and perform diagnostic testing including ECGs and spirometry
n
- Perform wound care, dressings, suture removal, bandaging, and plastering
n
- Assist with triage and emergency management when required
n
- Support GPs with Health Assessments, GP Management Plans, Team Care Arrangements, and Chronic Disease Management activities
n
- Coordinate care and follow-up for patients living with chronic conditions
n
- Conduct health assessments and preventative health initiatives
n
- Educate patients about their conditions, treatments, and available healthcare services
n
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
n
- Support quality improvement, accreditation, and infection control activities
n
n
About You
n

- A genuine passion for patient care and community health

- A team-oriented approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment

Ideally, you'll have:
n
n
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
n
- Bachelor of Nursing qualification
n
- Minimum 2 years' clinical nursing experience
n
- Previous General Practice or Primary Care experience (highly regarded)
n
- Experience in Chronic Disease Management and preventative health programs
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Excellent clinical assessment and organisational abilities
n
- Sound computer literacy and experience using clinical management systems
n
