We’re looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and solutions-driven Business Analyst to support business operations, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy analysing business requirements, working with data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with different teams to deliver effective solutions.

? Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Work with business teams to understand processes, challenges, and opportunities
- Conduct business and data analysis to support decision-making
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions
- Create business requirements documents, process maps, workflows, and reports
- Analyse business performance, trends, and key metrics
- Prepare dashboards, presentations, and reports for stakeholders
- Support the development and implementation of business solutions
- Collaborate with product, technology, operations, finance, sales, and other teams
- Assist with project planning, testing, implementation, and post-launch reviews
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and help identify and document issues
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements
- Monitor project progress and help ensure deliverables meet business requirements
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research when required




- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure requirements are clearly communicated
- Stay informed about business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices

✅ Requirements
- Entry-Level / Junior / Associate level, with 0–3+ years of experience
- Internship, graduate, project, or relevant practical experience is welcome
- Degree or relevant studies in Business, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field is advantageous
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand complex business problems and identify practical solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to gather, document, and communicate business requirements
- Comfortable working with data and interpreting business metrics
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
- Fluent in English
- Based in Australia with full working rights in Australia

- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, or similar tools
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
- Familiarity with requirements gathering and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Experience working with CRM, ERP, or other business systems
- Previous experience working with remote or distributed teams
