About The Role Are you ready to drive new business sales and contribute to the growth of a global leader in insurance and risk management? As a Business Development Executive at Gallagher, you will play a pivotal role in developing a pipeline of prospects, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored insurance solutions. This is your opportunity to join a team that values integrity, collaboration, and client excellence.

A Day in the Life Your day will involve managing a portfolio of new business prospects, developing and maintaining a sales pipeline through internal referrals and external leads, and preparing submissions and quotes for clients. You’ll work closely with clients to resolve issues, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and identify opportunities for cross-marketing. Staying informed of industry trends and sharing success stories will also be key to your success.





Skills And Experience

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- High-level presentation and leadership abilities.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with strong negotiation skills.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry (preferred).
- Tier 1 qualification is desirable or willingness to complete in first 6 months (Gallagher supported)
