About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our Queensland sales team in Brisbane. Reporting to the Queensland State Manager, this position plays a critical role in developing customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and executing successful sales strategies across the region.

The Business Development Manager will:

- Build and maintain robust relationships across the Brisbane and surrounding territory with key customer groups including System Integrators, Consultants, End Users through demand creation, and other relevant customers.
- Drive territory revenue growth,



strengthen market share, and meet yearly KPI expectations.
- Collaborate closely with the internal sales team, supplier partners, and key stakeholders to deliver outstanding solutions and support customer success.

Experience and Pre-Requisites

We are looking for candidates who:

- Have experience in the electrical industry, particularly with automation and drives, power distribution, motor control, and industrial electrical products solutions.
- Are proficient in PC literacy, including CRM tools.
- Bring a positive, motivated, and enthusiastic attitude to the team.
- Have a trade or electrical industry background (not essential).
