About the role

This is a true business development role — not account servicing. You will be responsible for bringing new installers on board, activating distributor channels, and generating measurable sales growth in your territory. This is a role for someone who enjoys building relationships, closing deals and seeing the direct impact of their work on revenue. You will operate independently and be rewarded directly for the growth you generate.

Key responsibilities

- Identify, onboard and grow new solar installers and electrical contractors
- Work closely with distribution partners to drive installer sell-through
- Convert installer interest into real system installations
- Conduct product training, demonstrations and onboarding sessions
- Build long-term installer relationships
- Manage your own pipeline, opportunities and territory
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales growth targets
- Represent ESY Sunhome at industry events, trade days and installer training sessions

About you

- Proven BDM, channel sales or installer-facing sales experience
- Experience in solar,



electrical, energy, building or construction industries preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly self-motivated and able to work independently
- Commercially driven and comfortable closing deals
- Able to manage your own time, territory and pipeline
- Full Australian working rights
