As their Parramatta presence continues to grow, they are looking for a commercially sharp BDM who can turn strong conversations into the right new members.

The opportunity

This is not a slow sales cycle or a desk-bound role. You will be meeting business owners, running purposeful discovery conversations, bringing the setting to life in face-to-face meetings and creating genuine commercial momentum.

The role owns a growing lead pipeline, with the space to build local referrals and additional opportunities through networking.

What you will be doing

- Qualifying prospective members and managing the sales journey from first contact through to close
- Hosting face-to-face meetings in a polished Parramatta environment
- Understanding what drives each business owner, then articulating a relevant and credible value proposition
- Building a strong local network and generating referrals
- Keeping the pipeline moving with quality follow-up,



sound judgement and disciplined CRM habits
- Completing a professional handover so every new member starts well

What we are looking for You will be commercially curious, quick on your feet and comfortable speaking with successful business owners. You know how to build rapport without losing the purpose of the conversation, and you enjoy the satisfaction of a clean close.

You will come from another fast-moving sales environment and know how to create momentum and present with confidence in person.
