We are seeking a dynamic sales skilled who enjoys travelling, prospecting new clients, delivering exceptional sales results, and closing new business opportunities. This is a hands-on role suited to a passionate business development professional with proven prospecting and sales expertise and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.

About The Role

Mandala Hotels and Resorts values people first. As a Business Development Manager contractor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of business development, including prospecting, qualifying leads, negotiating deals, and closing sales. The skills and talents you bring will play a critical role in maintaining high standards and maximising performance.

This role supports one of our destination properties, StayKCC - a leading destination for school camps, conferences, faith-based events, group accommodation, event venues and team-building experiences.

What Your Days Might Look Like





- Build a pipeline of potential new business
- Pitch to prospective partners via phone, online meetings, or where possible, in person
- Negotiate partnership deals
- Close new business
- Maintain reporting and provide pipeline updates

About You

- Proven experience in new business development
- Hands-on working style
- Sound knowledge of building prospecting pipelines
- Strong communication and above-average presentation skills
- Experience using MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel
- Able to work autonomously and problem-solve effectively
- Willingness to travel to venue location (2-4 times per month)
- Current ABN registration
- Experience in hospitality sales, conferences, corporate, sports, schools and events required
