The Role

We're looking for a hungry, well-connected Head of Business Development to join our Sydney team and own our growth through the broker and aggregator channel.

You'll recruit and activate brokers, keep live deals moving, and be the face of Lendmigo in market. This role suits a self-starter with a founder's mindset, someone who picks up the phone, owns a number, and builds relationships that outlast any single deal.

What You'll Be Doing

- Recruit, accredit and activate brokers and referral partners; own a panel and its funded-volume target
- Work live deals alongside credit: set expectations on pricing and conditions, chase outstanding items, and keep time-to-yes short
- Run the drumbeat: broker visits, calls, events, and aggregator relationships
- Be the face of Lendmigo in market, from one-on-one broker meetings to industry events




- Track pipeline and activity with weekly submission and funded-volume reporting

What We're Looking For

- Experience as a BDM or in broker-facing sales in commercial/SME lending, asset finance, or similar
- An existing broker network that answers the phone
- Understands cash-flow lending mechanics well enough to qualify a deal before submission
- Confident managing multiple broker relationships and live deals at once
- Clear communicator with a calm, solutions-focused approach
- Founder's mindset: proactive, accountable, and willing to roll up your sleeves
- Highly regarded: aggregator relationships, and experience launching a new lender or product into the channel
