Who We're Looking ForWe are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to help us strengthen our relationships with existing customers and proactively grow our footprint with new customers across Australia.
This is a genuine hybrid of relationship management and new business hunting, perfect for someone who is equally comfortable nurturing a loyal customer base and picking up the phone to open a new door.
Ideally, you are a personable, commercially sharp professional motivated by targets and incentives who loves the thrill of building long-standing relationships with new and current customers. You love understanding a business's needs and matching them with the right solution from our extensive product range, formulation or contract packaging service offerings.
The RoleThere are two core pillars to this position:
- Account Growth: Proactively contact our existing customer base, strengthen relationships, understand evolving requirements and introduce new products, services and capabilities that add value to their business.
- New Business Development:
Identify, contact and convert new opportunities from our extensive CRM database and your own prospecting, growing our brand presence with businesses of all sizes across Australia.
You'll be targeting real growth outcomes, new accounts opened, dormant accounts reactivated and existing accounts expanded, backed by a team that genuinely wants to invest in your success.

What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development or account management, ideally in a phone-based or field-based capacity.
- A confident, engaging and professional phone manner with excellent English communication skills.
- A track record of building trust and rapport, converting relationships into results.
- Self-motivation and resilience — You're energised by targets,
not intimidated by them.
- Strong listening skills and a genuine curiosity about other people's businesses and challenges.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- An interest in learning new products, industries and business models.
- A current driver's licence, preferred given occasional client visits.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check if requested.
- Willingness to comply with the company's workplace health & safety (WHS) policies and procedures while working on-site at the factory.
- Availability to commence as soon as possible.
