They are now growing their Sydney team and looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative to help drive expansion across Australia and New Zealand.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be trained to

- Identify and engage exciting eCommerce and digital retail brands
- Connect with prospective customers through calls, email and LinkedIn
- Book meetings for the senior sales team
- Work with Marketing on campaigns and messaging
- Build relationships with founders and business leaders
- Create pipeline that directly contributes to company growth

Who we’re looking for

You could be a strong fit if you are:

- A recent graduate looking to start a career in tech sales
- Early in your sales career and ready for a bigger opportunity
- Confident, curious and comfortable speaking with new people
- Resilient, motivated and excited by achieving targets
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Interested in fintech, AI, startups, technology or eCommerce

Previous B2B sales experience is helpful, but it is not essential. Attitude, communication skills and ambition matter most.
