We’re looking for a driven, results-focused Business Development Manager to help grow our Stop & Seal business across Sydney.

This role is ideal for someone who knows the construction market, enjoys getting out in the field, and is motivated by performance-based rewards.

What we’re looking for

- Proven BDM or sales experience within the construction industry or trades.
- Established industry relationships and the ability to generate current business.
- A genuine self-starter with the drive to work independently.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
