Introduction

ACEREZ is a consortium, comprised of ACCIONA, COBRA and Endeavour Energy which has been appointed Preferred Network Operator by EnergyCo to design, deliver, operate and maintain the transmission line network for the Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone (CWO REZ).

The current state-of-art transmission infrastructure, which will combine high-capacity transmission lines, digitally enabled energy hubs and related infrastructure, will enable generators such as solar and wind farms and energy storage providers in the CWO REZ to connect to the electricity grid, providing a reliable supply of clean, affordable electricity for households and businesses across NSW while helping to meet the state’s newly legislated Net Zero targets.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This role transforms asset, maintenance and business data into insights that improve reliability, availability and business decision-making. Combining data management and business intelligence, you'll act as custodian of our Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) data quality and consolidate the planning, asset data and reporting functions. You'll work closely with the Assets Manager, Asset Engineers and the Maintenance team to deliver the analytics and reporting that support how we manage a 35-year asset lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

This position will

- Analyse asset, maintenance, operational and business data to identify trends, risks, performance issues and improvement opportunities.
- Develop,



maintain and continuously improve business intelligence solutions, analytics models, dashboards and reporting frameworks that support operational, tactical and strategic decision-making.
- Translate complex technical data into clear business insights and recommendations for diverse audiences.
- Design, develop and maintain executive, operational and regulatory reporting suites using Power BI and other business intelligence tools.
- Establish data quality standards, validation processes and reporting controls, and maintain data dictionaries and reporting standards
- Build strong working relationships across the business to ensure data and reporting solutions align with organisational objectives and operational needs.

Skills and Experiences Skills & Qualifications

- Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics or Business Analytics (preferred)
- 5+ years' experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting Analytics, Asset Analytics or Maintenance Analytics roles

- Demonstrated experience developing Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting frameworks, with strong DAX, Power Query and SQL skills
- Experience working with large operational datasets in maintenance, utilities, energy, mining, infrastructure or engineering environments
- An organised, methodical and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate complex technical findings into clear business outcomes
- Exposure to predictive maintenance or reliability analytics highly regarded
