THE ROLE

This is a genuine dual role. You will manage your own portfolio while reviewing and signing off complex work across the wider team. Day to day you will:

- Own and grow a portfolio of around twenty significant business services and tax clients
- Review and sign off complex tax and technical matters from the team, mentoring as you go
- Lead ATO negotiations, audit management and Small Business Restructures
- Supervise and develop a team of six, including senior and intermediate accountants
- Work alongside the partners on the firm's most complex and compelling matters, including forensic, litigation and advisory work

ABOUT YOU





- Strong technical background in complex business services and tax at a reputable firm
- Confident dealing directly with the ATO
- Proven leadership, comfortable supervising and reviewing a small team
- Ambitious and commercially minded, genuinely motivated by partnership
- A clear, confident communicator who builds trust with clients and colleagues
- Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship is available for this role)
