Business Support Team Leader

The Role

- We're looking for a Business Support Team Leader to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people, improving processes, and keeping operations running smoothly across a busy and growing organisation.
- You'll oversee the day-to-day delivery of high-quality administrative and operational support, working closely with the Business Support Manager and acting as a key link between operational teams, management, and corporate support functions.
- Duties include but not limited to;
- Lead, support and develop the Business Support team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.
- Oversee efficient and consistent administration processes across the organisation, providing escalation and leave coverage where required.




- Support with the Business Support & Transformation Manager to research, develop and implement solutions that improve business operations.
- Oversee payroll governance, compliance, audits and continuous process improvement.
- Drive improvements across accounts, vendor management and purchasing activities.
- Support the development of marketing initiatives, materials and key events.
- Oversee the continuous improvement of mobilisation activities.
- Oversee provisioning of hardware, software and technology requirements.

About you

- Minimum 5 years' experience in a business support, office management or team leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing administrative functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide and develop a team.
- Proven ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Proficiency in business systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated initiative and accountability in delivering high-quality work outcomes.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Full drivers' license.
