Professionals Byford Property Team is growing, and we're looking for an enthusiastic, driven and relationship-focused Buyers Consultant to join our team.

This is an opportunity to step into a dedicated buyer-focused role within an established, high-performing local real estate business.

? THE ROLE

As our Buyers Consultant, you'll be responsible for building and managing relationships with genuine property buyers and helping them navigate their purchasing journey.

You'll be

- Building and managing a buyer database
- Following up and qualifying buyer enquiries
- Matching buyers with suitable properties
- Attending home opens and private inspections
- Conducting buyer appointments
- Assisting buyers with offers and negotiations
- Working closely with our Listing Representatives to match buyers to our listings
- Undertaking regular buyer prospecting, including database calls, Tell 20s and targeted letterbox drops
- Identifying future selling opportunities and referring them to our Sales Team
- Assisting with sales office administration and support tasks
- Providing exceptional service from first enquiry through to settlement

And importantly, you won't be doing it alone. You'll be part of our one-team approach, working alongside experienced Sales Representatives, Sales Administration and our wider Property Management and Administration teams.

We're looking for someone who is:

- Professional, positive and well presented




- Comfortable picking up the phone and having genuine conversations
- Self-motivated but thrives as part of a team
- Passionate about property and helping people
- Happy to roll up their sleeves and assist the wider Sales Team when required Ideally experienced in real estate, sales or a customer-focused environment

A current WA real estate registration/licence and previous real estate experience would be highly regarded, but we're also interested in the right person with the attitude, drive and people skills to succeed. ? WHAT'S ON OFFER?

Base salary + super + performance-based commission
