Cabinet Maker / Architectural Joiner

Bungendore | Full-Time | Multiple Positions Available

We’re growing our bespoke joinery team in Bungendore, approximately 25 minutes from Canberra, and are looking for experienced Cabinet Makers and Architectural Joiners who take genuine pride in producing exceptional work.

This isn’t high-volume, repetitive kitchen production.

Our workshop produces high-quality bespoke and architectural joinery for premium residential projects - with a strong focus on craftsmanship, precision and exceptional finishes.

The Role

Depending on your experience and skill set, your role may include:

- Manufacturing and assembling bespoke architectural joinery
- High-end kitchens, wardrobes, vanities and custom cabinetry
- Reading and interpreting detailed plans and shop drawings
- Working with solid timber, veneers and decorative finishes
- CNC machining and modern production equipment
- Edge banding and detailed machining
- Hardware fitting, final adjustments and quality control
- Installation and site work where required
- Working closely with our design, production and installation teams





About You We’re particularly interested in people with experience in high-end residential, architectural or bespoke joinery.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

- Trade qualification in Cabinet Making/Joinery or substantial equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of cabinetry construction
- Ability to confidently read and interpret plans and detailed drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
- Good problem-solving skills
- A reliable, professional and proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current driver’s licence, white card, Asbestos Awareness & Silica Prevention

Experience with architectural joinery, natural timber veneers, 2-pack finishes, solid timber, CNC machinery or high-end installation will be highly regarded. You don’t need to tick every box. We’re more interested in finding good tradespeople with the right attitude, craftsmanship and attention to detail.
