Experienced Floor Team Member

This position is 18+ due to the requirements of the role.

OHD Maddingley is looking for an experienced floor team member to join our team.

We have a range of hours available, from 15 to 38+ hours per week, depending on availability and experience. Saturday, Sunday and Monday availability across morning/day and afternoon/evening is essential, with flexibility to accommodate other days based on your availability.

What we’re looking for

- Minimum 12 months’ hospitality experience in a sit-down restaurant
- Confident using a POS system and taking customer orders
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional approach
- Able to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Able to adjust pace and priorities as service demands
- Reliable, positive and well presented
- RSA required or willingness to obtain one

The role This is a hands-on floor position in a busy restaurant environment.



You’ll be responsible for welcoming and assisting customers, taking orders using our POS system, processing payments, running food and drinks, clearing and resetting tables and keeping the floor organised throughout service.

Customer service is at the heart of this role. You’ll be confident communicating with customers, helping create a positive dining experience and working closely with the bar and kitchen teams to keep service running smoothly.
