Role Description
Are you a creative and organised communications skilled who enjoys bringing campaigns to life and supporting meaningful engagement initiatives?
We are seeking a Campaign and Communications Coordinator to provide communications, campaign and administrative support across the Growth, Brand and Development team.
In this varied role, you will work closely with the Campaign and Communications Lead to support the delivery of campaigns and communications that enhance brand awareness and support organisational objectives.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, communications or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing social media platforms and digital content.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Desirable
- Experience in campaign and project support.
- Graphic design or content creation experience using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience using social media scheduling platforms.
- Experience using WordPress.
- Experience coordinating events and stakeholder engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities Campaign & Communications Support
- Assist with the coordination and implementation of marketing and communications campaigns, communication plans and promotional activities.
- Prepare, edit, proofread and distribute communications materials, including newsletters, brochures, presentations, digital content and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure communications materials align with organisational brand guidelines.
Digital Content & Social Media
- Assist with the creation, scheduling and publication of social media content in line with approved communications plans.
- Monitor social media channels and escalate enquiries as required.
- Assist with website content updates and other digital communication activities.
CRM & Data Management
- Support CRM administration, database management, reporting and data maintenance activities.
Events & Operational Support
- Assist with the planning and coordination of events, workshops and stakeholder engagement activities, including logistics, resources and documentation.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Campaign and Communications Lead including assistance with communications, marketing and campaign activities.
