We are now looking for a confident and highly organised Telecommunications and Data Assistant to join our office support team. You must be comfortable speaking over the phone, be self-motivated and be able to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
About the Job:
- Delivering a high level of customer service through positive customer engagement
- Managing electronic data accurately and efficiently
- Confidently using multiple technology platforms and databases
- Working towards and meeting weekly KPIs
- Applicants should ideally be located in Brisbane or the surrounding areas, as training will take place in our Brisbane office
About You To succeed in this role, you will be:
- Confident, friendly and professional when speaking over the phone
- Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of calls
- Accurate and attentive when entering and reviewing information
- Confident using multiple computer systems, platforms and databases
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- A reliable team member with strong communication skills
- Organised and capable of managing competing priorities
Previous experience in customer service, call centres, administration or data entry would be advantageous but is not essential.
