Job Title : Calypso Developer

Location : Pan Australia

Mode: Permanent

- Design, develop, customize, and support solutions within the

Calypso Trading & Risk Management Platform

.

- Develop and maintain

Calypso workflows, interfaces, reports, and customizations

.

- Work closely with Business Analysts, Traders, Operations, and Technology teams to gather and analyze requirements.

- Develop integrations between Calypso and upstream/downstream systems using APIs, messaging, and batch processes.

- Support Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office functionalities.

- Perform configuration and enhancement of trade lifecycle processing, settlements, confirmations, collateral, and risk management.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 support.

- Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and release deployments.

- Create technical documentation and contribute to best practices.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with

Calypso Trading & Risk Management System

.

- Experience in





Java development and Calypso customizations.

- Knowledge of

Capital Markets

, including:

- Fixed Income

- FX

- Derivatives

- Equities

- Money Markets

- Experience with

Calypso workflows, trade lifecycle, settlements, confirmations, and collateral management

.

- Strong SQL skills and experience with Oracle or Sybase databases.

- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.

- Solid troubleshooting and production support experience.

Preferred Skills

- Calypso upgrade and migration experience.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

- Knowledge of messaging technologies (Kafka, MQ, JMS).

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Understanding of risk management and regulatory reporting.
