Set in the heart of Surfers Paradise, Cali Beach combines poolside dining, cocktails, VIP experiences and entertainment — and we’re looking for people who can bring the energy and deliver an unforgettable guest experience.

- Bottle Service Staff
- Glassies / Barbacks
- Receptionists

The Role We’re looking for team players who bring personality, professionalism and energy. Whether you’re behind the bar, delivering next-level service, looking after VIP guests or welcoming people through the doors, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, high-vibe environment.

The Skills

- Confident, social and outgoing
- Passionate about hospitality and guest experience
- Qualified in presentation and communication
- Reliable, energetic and a team player
- Available Friday–Sunday (with some mid-week availability)
- Hold a current QLD RSA, or are willing to obtain one before commencing
