With a variety of positions available, we are looking for candidates interested in roles across day shift operations, dispatch coordination, call taking, insurance claims support, and other specialised operational positions within the business.

About the Role

As a Call Centre Operator, you will be the first point of contact for customers requiring prompt and reliable assistance. You will play an important role in coordinating service requests, ensuring accurate job allocation,



and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver professional and efficient customer service via inbound and outbound calls.

- Accurately log and manage jobs using Tow Manager software.

- Coordinate closely with our in-house dispatch team to ensure smooth operations.

- Communicate effectively with Queensland Police Service (QPS), Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS), Transport and Main Roads (TMR), insurance companies, and roadside assistance providers.

- Provide general administrative and office support as required.

- Handle customer enquiries and service requests in a timely and skilled manner.

About You

You are a confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and remains calm under pressure. You enjoy working as part of a team and take pride in providing excellent customer service.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- Previous experience in a call centre, transport, logistics, or similar environment (preferred).

- Experience using Tow Manager software is advantageous, but not essential.

- Strong knowledge of Brisbane and surrounding suburbs (preferred).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong organisational, multitasking, and time management abilities.

- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a team-focused approach.

- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays when required.
