About the role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Caravan & Factory Cleaner to join our team. The primary focus of the role is cleaning and preparing our site caravans and facilities when they return from hire, ensuring every unit is thoroughly cleaned, presented to a high standard and ready to go back out to our clients. You will also take ownership of the general cleanliness and presentation of our factory, offices and common areas.

This is an important role within our operations. Our caravans are delivered directly to construction and infrastructure projects, so we want every unit leaving our factory to reflect the standard of service we expect across the business.

Key responsibilities

- Thoroughly clean caravans and site facilities when they return from hire
- Prepare units for their next hire to a consistently high standard
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, walls, windows, benches and internal surfaces
- Complete detailed cleans where units have returned from long-term construction projects
- Identify and report damage, missing items or maintenance requirements
- Restock and prepare units where required
- Maintain the cleanliness of the factory, offices, kitchen, bathrooms and common areas
- Keep cleaning equipment and supplies organised and stocked




- Work closely with the operations team to ensure units are cleaned and ready for upcoming deliveries
- Take ownership of cleaning standards across the facility

About you

- Reliable and punctual
- Hardworking and comfortable with a physical, hands-on role
- Thorough with strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and manage your own workload
- Organised when multiple units need to be prepared
- Comfortable working in a factory and yard setting
- Someone who notices when something needs cleaning and gets it done
- Happy to work as part of a wider operations team
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning, caravan cleaning, housekeeping, accommodation cleaning or a similar role would be highly regarded
