The Opportunity

Play a key role in leading the delivery and growth of our In-Home Services programs, supporting older people to live independently and safely at home. You will manage all aspects of your clients care and services, coordinate client assessments and reviews, and provide guidance and support to a dedicated team of carers. Working closely with clients, families and community partners, you will help ensure high-quality, person-centred care that meets the needs of the clients and aligns with the aged care standards and funding requirements.

This is a temporary opportunity until April 2027, with the possibility of extension subject to organisational requirements.

- $93,213 - Base annual salary
- $105,804 - Total Remuneration Package which is based on a full-time employee and inclusive of 12% Employer superannuation and 17.5% annual leave loading.

About You

You are an experienced aged care professional with strong knowledge of all in-home care programs, case management, and aged care compliance. You bring a collaborative leadership style, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred services. Most importantly, you are passionate about supporting older people to live independently and safely in their community.

Key Responsibilities





- Lead the day-to-day delivery of In-Home Services, ensuring quality, compliance, and person-centred care
- Coordinate client onboarding, assessments, care reviews, and ongoing service planning
- Provide leadership, support, and guidance to team members, including onboarding and development of current staff
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners while supporting service growth and continuous improvement

Skills and Experience

- Experience in aged care, community services, or a similar client-focused environment
- Demonstrated experience in case management, client assessments, and care planning
- Sound knowledge of the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), Support at Home, and aged care compliance requirements
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and support staff in a collaborative team environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, families, and service providers
- Well-developed organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accurate documentation and records

Qualifications, Training and Licences

- Certificate IV in Ageing Support, Community Services, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
- Current ‘C’ Class Driver Licence
- Demonstrated experience in case management and aged care compliance
- Understanding of aged care compliance frameworks and the Aged Care Standards
- Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
