Boord Constructions is currently seeking experienced and reliable team members to join our award winning operation based in Kalgoorlie-Boulder.

We've been delivering high-quality structural concrete, precast concrete, site civil earthworks, underground works, and demolition services across the Goldfields region and broader Western Australia since 2004 — with a strong focus on mining (surface and underground), commercial, and industrial projects.

We're looking for skilled people who take pride in their work, prioritise safety, and are ready for hands-on roles FIFO Ex Perth to Kalgoorlie, and surrounding regional sites.

Positions Available:

- Leading Hand Carpenter / Civil Construction Lead (hands on role)
- Concreters (experienced in formwork, concrete finishing, steel, precast placement)
- Carpenters / Formworkers (building formwork, setting out, concrete-related carpentry and Plant operation)
- Civil Operators / All-Round Operators (excavators, bobcat / skid steer, Trucks, rigging and various plant for civil earthworks, roads,



drainage in mining and commercial projects,

Key Details: FIFO ex Perth to sites in the Goldfields (Kalgoorlie-Boulder area) and other WA regional mine and commercial sites; accomodation, food transport all included

Excellent hourly rates and versatile rosters, typically 2 on 1 off (exact roster discussed at phone interview based on project needs)

Immediate starts available, long term projects with a stable local company that values long-term staff retention and career growth. Commencing on a casual employment basis, with permanent staff position considered at ~3 months.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in civil carpentry, mine sites / heavy commercial preferred.

Relevant tickets/licences (C Class, & ideally HR licence, HRW tickets)
