We're a small, professional building company delivering architecturally designed residential projects across Sydney's Upper North Shore and Northern Beaches. Our work is craft-driven, with clean detailing and a high standard of finish.

We're looking for a carpenter with a genuinely fine eye for detail — someone who takes pride in their work, reads architectural plans properly, and wants to be part of a small, professional team building beautiful homes that require real craft. This isn't volume-build carpentry.

What we're after:

- Trade-qualified carpenter with solid residential construction experience
- Comfortable working from architectural drawings and engineering details
- High attention to detail and a genuine pride in finish quality
- Reliable, organised, and a good fit on a close-knit site team
