About the role

PINA' is looking for a all-rounder position to join our vibrant and fast-paced team in Potts Point, NSW. As a casual employee, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our popular neighbourhood coffeeshop This role offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to work in a fun, social environment.

What you'll be doing

- Providing exceptional customer service to cafe patrons
- Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Restocking and maintaining cafe supplies and equipment
- Adhering to all relevant health, safety and licensing regulations
- Assisting with general cafe operations, including cash handling and cleaning
- Supporting the cafe management team as required

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a similar cafe or hospitality role
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
- Knowledge of common bar equipment, ingredients and techniques
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
