We are a small safety consultancy providing practical Work Health and Safety support to residential and commercial construction clients across the Perth metropolitan area.

We are looking for an experienced Construction Safety Advisor to join our team on a casual basis, working approximately 4–6 days per month.

This is an ongoing role that may particularly suit an experienced safety professional looking for flexible, supplementary or semi-retirement work without the commitment of a full time position.

The role primarily involves attending construction sites, completing safety inspections, liaising with supervisors and trades, and preparing clear and professional inspection reports.

About you

We are looking for someone who:

● Has practical experience within the construction industry

● Preferably holds a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety or higher

● Is confident working autonomously and managing their own site visits

● Can identify hazards and provide practical, workable safety advice





● Is comfortable speaking directly with builders, supervisors and trades

● Can build good working relationships while being confident enough to raise safety concerns when required

● Has good written communication skills and can prepare professional inspection reports

● Is reliable, organised and able to manage their own workload

● Has their own reliable vehicle and Apple iPad

We take a practical and collaborative approach to safety and are looking for someone who understands construction and can communicate effectively with the people actually doing the work.

Pay is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.
