We’re looking for an experienced Dental Assistant who is seeking a job where they will feel genuinely appreciated and valued by their employer!!! On a clinical level, we are seeking someone who loves being chairside and also has experience (or an interest) in supporting the front desk of the practice as well.

Floss on Winstanley is a small, locally owned dental practicebuilt around personal, meticulous dentistry and kind, patient-led care. Our space is warm, modern and thoughtfully designed to reflect how much love and care we have for our patients and staff.

If you love making patients feel comfortable, working closely with a dentist, and helping keep the day running smoothly — both in the surgery and behind the scenes — you’ll enjoy the variety of each day in this brand new, and fast-growing practice.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an early-stage practice (open 10 months), this is a shared, hands-on role with no late nights or weekend work. Your day may move between chairside assisting, reception support and admin tasks, depending on what’s needed.

Licence/Certification minimum

- Certificate III in Dental Assisting (Preferred)

You’ll be involved in:
- Chairside dental assisting across general dentistry
- Supporting patients




- Appointment booking and preparation
- Assisting with keeping the practice organised and sterilisation running smoothly
- Working closely with the dentist and small team to support one another
