We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and confident Casual Customer Service All Rounder to join our team at Padel 88, a private indoor padel facility in Liverpool 2170.

This is a hands on role perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and is happy to help with a bit of everything to keep the venue running smoothly.

The role will include

- Welcoming customers and assisting with bookings
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Handling cash and EFTPOS payments
- Checking customers in and explaining the facility when required
- Answering basic customer enquiries
- Keeping the venue clean, tidy and presentable
- Setting up and packing down equipment
- Monitoring the venue during bookings
- Restocking drinks and general supplies
- Assisting with events and private bookings
- General day to day duties around the facility

We’re looking for someone who:
- Is 18 years of age or older
- Is friendly, approachable and confident speaking with customers
- Is reliable, punctual and responsible
- Has good communication skills




- Can handle money and payments confidently
- Is proactive and willing to help wherever needed
- Can work independently when required
- Takes pride in keeping a venue clean and presentable
- Is available for casual shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Female applicants are preferred due to the nature of some of our private and women only bookings. However, male applicants are also welcome to apply
- Availability: Weekday evenings and weekends, with shifts available based on venue requirements.

Previous customer service, hospitality, retail or recreation experience would be an advantage, but it’s not essential.
