Melbourne's spring and summer hospitality season is here.

Hotelstaff is looking for experienced FOH Supervisors to join our casual hospitality team across Melbourne.

We're seeking experienced Food & Beverage Supervisors and Bar Supervisors who are confident leading teams, understand different service styles and thrive in functions and events.

With spring in full swing and summer approaching, enjoy the flexibility of casual work while experiencing some of Melbourne's best hospitality environments.

Great Rates from $40 per hour BASE

$40 per hour base is just the starting point.

Weekend and penalty rates apply, with public holiday shifts also available, giving you even more opportunity to earn.

Where You Could Be Working

Work across a range of hospitality environments, including:

- Major events across Melbourne
- Corporate functions and conferences
- Large-scale catering events
- Hotels, restaurants and cafes
- Weddings and private events

The Flexibility to Work Your Way Join Hotelstaff as a casual FOH Supervisor and choose the shifts that suit you across a variety of venues and events.

Want more hours? General FOH shifts are also available across F&B; and bar roles when you're not working as a supervisor.

What You'll Be Doing

- Supervising and supporting FOH teams during service
- Leading by example and maintaining high service standards
- Coordinating staff and keeping functions running smoothly
- Adapting to different venues, clients, events and service styles
- Communicating confidently with managers, clients and team members




- Delivering a professional and positive guest experience

What You'll Need

- Previous FOH supervisory experience in F&B;, bars, restaurants or events
- Robust understanding of different service styles and function environments
- Confidence leading and supporting a team
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A professional, reliable and positive approach
- Ability to work confidently in fast-paced environments

Must Have to Apply

- Be living in Victoria
- Full Australian working rights
- Current Victorian RSA
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work varied shifts across Melbourne
- Ability to travel to outer suburbs when required is advantageous
- Victorian Working with Children's Check is advantageous
