Kincumber Preschool Kindergarten is looking for a Casual Educator to join our little team!

We have lots of upcoming shifts available to cover staff leave, with the opportunity for ongoing casual work for the right person.

We are a small, one room service with a big focus on relationships, teamwork and creating a really positive environment for our children and educators. We are looking for someone who will come in, get involved and become part of our team, rather than simply come in and cover a shift.

? We are looking for someone who:

? Is Certificate III or Diploma qualified, or currently working towards a qualification

? Is warm, caring and genuinely enjoys spending time with children

? Is reliable, flexible and happy to jump in wherever needed

? Loves being involved in the day and isn't afraid to get stuck in

? Builds genuine relationships with children and families

? Works well with others and understands that teamwork makes the day better for everyone

? Is happy to help with everything that comes with working in early childhood,



from setting up experiences to helping with routines and keeping the workplace clean and welcoming

? Brings a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
