About Us

Royal Oak Hotel is seeking an experienced and motivated Gaming Attendant to join our team.

Located directly opposite Lidcombe Train Station, our venue offers a convenient and welcoming workplace in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

About the Role

As a Bar & Gaming Attendant, you will be responsible for providing friendly and professional customer service while supporting our bar and gaming operations.

Your responsibilities will include

- Providing excellent customer service to our patrons
- Bar service and beverage preparation
- Monitoring and assisting with gaming operations
- Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment
- Following Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Gambling requirements
- Handling customer enquiries and assisting with their needs
- Completing gaming and venue duties accurately and efficiently
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Following venue policies, procedures and compliance requirements

The role requires flexibility to work across days, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

About You





We are looking for someone who is reliable, professional and confident working independently.

Essential requirements

- Current RSA, RCG and ARCG certificates
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work unsupervised and take responsibility
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Positive attitude and solid work ethic
