About the Role As a Casual Optical Dispenser,



you'll play a key role in helping patients look, feel, and see their best.

You'll support patients throughout their eyewear journey, helping them choose frames and lenses that suit their needs while creating a welcoming and memorable experience every time they visit.

Flexibility is important in this role, with availability required to support the needs of the practice, including occasional weekends and late trade when required.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who brings:

- A genuine passion for patient care and customer service
- Previous retail experience (optical experience highly regarded but not essential)
- The ability to quickly learn product knowledge and confidently share it with patients
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, approachable manner
- A positive attitude and robust team spirit
- Energy, enthusiasm, patience, and a willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work casual hours based on business needs, including weekends, public holidays, and late trade as required
