At Blackwoods, part of the Bunnings Group and Wesfarmers family, we're seeking an enthusiastic and organised HSW Team Co-ordinator to join our high-performing national HSW team based at our Scoresby Distribution Centre.

n

This is a unique development chance for someone who is passionate about safety and wellbeing and wants to gain hands-on experience across a diverse national business. Working alongside experienced Senior HSW Business Partners and our Risk & Assurance Manager, you'll receive coaching, support and exposure to a wide range of HSW programs, projects and site initiatives,

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Supporting the delivery of national HSW programs, projects and campaigns
n
- Coordinating reporting, meetings, communications and team activities
n
- Assisting with site-based safety and wellbeing initiatives
n
- Providing hands-on HSW support for Victoria under the guidance of the Senior HSW Business Partner
n
- Creating engaging communications, presentations and practical resources
n
- Using Microsoft 365 and approved AI tools to improve the quality, accessibility and efficiency of HSW activities
n
- Working closely with operational leaders and the broader HSW team
n

About you

n

You may already have experience in administration, coordination, communications or operational support, or be looking to take your first step into a safety career.

n
