Job Description
Occupational Therapist | Parramatta | Clinic + Community Blend
n
Not every OT role needs to feel rushed, overbooked, or overly structured.
n
This one is built a little differently.
n
If you enjoy variety in your week - a mix of getting out into the community and having a base in a well-set-up clinic — this role offers that balance without the chaos that often comes with it.
n
We're working with a growing practice in Parramatta that has taken a more thoughtful approach to how their OTs work. The focus is simple: keep caseloads realistic, give clinicians autonomy, and build a team people actually want to stay in.
n
What Your Week Might Look Like
n
n
- A combination of clinic-based sessions and community visits
n
- A genuinely mixed caseload (NDIS, functional assessments, therapy work)
n
- The flexibility to gradually shape your caseload toward your interests
n
- Time set aside for notes and admin — not squeezed in after hours
n
n
Who This Would Suit
n
n
- An OT who enjoys variety and doesn't want to be stuck in one setting
n
- Someone comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
n
- Clinicians who value flexibility but still want structure and support
n
n
What's Different Here
n
n
- No "one-size-fits-all" caseload — your strengths are taken into account
n
- Support is there when you need it, but no micromanagement
n
- A practical, down-to-earth leadership team that understands workload pressures
n
- Systems and admin support that actually function properly
n
n
Essentials
n
n
- AHPRA registration
n
- Driver's licence (for community component)
n
- Full-time or part-time availability
n
n
On offer
n
n
- Market-competitive salary + travel reimbursement
n
- Flexible working arrangements
n
- Support with professional development
n
