About The Role

n

As an Enrolled Nurse at Hamilton Hill, you'll deliver high-quality clinical care, support, and supervision for residents living with neurological conditions. You'll monitor medication administration and care plans, collaborate with onsite Care Support Workers, and contribute to a secure, dignified, and person-centred environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver nursing care while promoting residents' dignity, choice, and independence
n
- Conduct nursing assessments and provide clinical advice and support
n
- Monitor and maintain resident care plans and clinical documentation
n
- Work alongside Care Support Workers to support clients with their daily care needs
n
- Monitor medication administration and resident health outcomes
n
- Assist with specialised care requirements, including nutritional and medical supports
n
- Complete resident observations and report changes in condition
n
- Collaborate with families, allied health professionals, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes for residents
n
- Complete routine and adhoc catheter changes, catheter flushes and management
n




- Attend to acute and complex wound care
n
- Complete routine and adhoc enteral tube changes and balloon checks
n

Must-Haves

n

n
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
n
- Current First Aid Certificate
n
- Current CPR Certificate
n
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
n
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)
n
- NDIS Orientation Certificate (or ability to obtain)
