Job Description

UnitingCare Queensland's Buderim Private Hospital is seeking a Patient Flow Manager to lead after-hours nursing teams and oversee bed management to ensure effective patient flow and high-quality care. The role focuses on service excellence, staff development and risk management.

You will collaborate with hospital leadership to optimise bed allocation, maintain staffing levels within budget, and drive continuous improvement in patient outcomes and satisfaction.
