Eastern Guruma Pty Ltd is seeking an Indigenous Recruitment Officer to lead end-to-end recruitment for Indigenous and entry-level positions across mining projects. Source candidates via job boards, community networks, employment services, expos and social media while building robust relationships with Indigenous communities and stakeholders.
