About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic Casual Team Members to join our team. This is a outstanding opportunity for students or school leavers looking to gain valuable retail and hospitality experience while supporting our daily store operations, including customer service and food preparation.

We are looking for team members from 2 different locations.

- Hero Sushi Erina Fair : Erina Fair Shopping Centre, Shop T316/6 Karalta Rd, Erina NSW 2250

- Hero Sushi Tuggerah : Westfield Shopping Centre, Level 2. Shop 2026, Tuggerah NSW 2259

Key Responsibilities

- Front of House (FOH): Provide friendly customer service, process POS payments, serve food/beverages, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Back of House (BOH): Prepare and assemble sushi items in accordance with company hygiene and food safety standards.
- Support the team to ensure smooth daily store operations during peak trade.

Shifts, Availability

- Flexible availability required, including weekdays and weekends as a casual position




- School Term Availability: Able to work 2–3 shifts per week (after-school hours and/or weekends)
- School Holiday Availability: High availability to work 4–5 shifts per week during school holiday periods
- Weekend Availability: Must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) per week
- No prior experience required — full training is provided!

Requirements

- Must hold valid Australian working rights
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential

Pay & Conditions

- Pay rates are in accordance with the Restaurant Industry Award 2020 [MA00119]
- Applicable classifications, junior rates, casual loading and penalty rates apply where relevant.
- Full training is provided with opportunities for ongoing development.
