A hands-on, varied role for someone who wants to build a career across both category management and social media, in one of Australia's fastest-growing health food businesses.

About the role

We're looking for a Category Assistant & Social Media Coordinator to help shape what we stock and own the day-to-day of our social media.

You'll support the research, planning and execution behind our product range, help manage supplier relationships and negotiations, and create engaging content that builds our brand and drives performance. It's a great fit for someone detail-oriented who enjoys variety and wants to grow across two areas, working closely with our marketing and operations teams.

What you'll do

Category and range support

● Support our ranging strategy through product research, sourcing, analysis and opening orders

● Evaluate products against our Real Food Code (ingredients, quality standards and nutrition panels)

● Maintain and optimise the product catalogue and merchandising

● Help with range performance reporting, surfacing opportunities and insights

● Support pricing and promotional negotiations with key suppliers

● Assist with box curation and product administration

Content creation

● Help shape and execute our social content strategy across formats

● Create, script, design and edit content

● Write copy and captions in our brand voice

● Track performance metrics and spot growth opportunities

● Report monthly on key analytics and content outcomes





● Use data to optimise and grow our content

What you bring

● Genuine interest or experience in the health food industry

● Some experience across category, buying or product ranging and social media/content creation, with the drive to build skills in both

● A nutrition qualification, or strong working knowledge of nutrition and ingredients

● Confidence with Excel (intermediate or above) and the Microsoft suite

● An analytical eye: able to turn data into insights and decisions

● Robust interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence

● Skills in design and content tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe or similar)

● Shopify experience is a bonus
