Bostin Brew Co is seeking an energetic, hands-on manager to lead our recent café and event catering operation at AELEC.

The role

- Manage the Sports Dome Café and event catering
- Plan and oversee large-scale food production
- Recruit, roster and lead the team
- Manage suppliers, stock, wages and budgets
- Maintain excellent food safety and service standards
- Lead from the front during major events

About you

Proven experience producing food for large-scale events is essential.

You’ll also need strong hospitality management, leadership and organisational skills, with availability for weekends, evenings and major events.





A Food Safety Supervisor certificate and driver’s licence are highly regarded.
