About The Opportunity The Central Coast Cancer Centre is committed to delivering high-quality, personalised radiation therapy using contemporary treatment techniques and technology. As a Senior Radiation Therapist, you will provide clinical leadership and technical expertise while supporting the delivery of safe, efficient and patient-centred radiation therapy services. In this role you will:

- Provide leadership, guidance and support to Radiation Therapists, students and non-qualified staff.
- Oversee the day-to-day planning and treatment operations of a designated area, ensuring efficient workflow and patient throughput.
- Apply advanced knowledge of radiation therapy planning and treatment techniques, including multimodality imaging.
- Promote quality assurance, radiation safety, research and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance clinical practice and service delivery.
- Collaborate with Radiation Oncologists, Medical Physicists and multidisciplinary colleagues to maintain high standards of treatment, safety and patient care.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Radiation Therapist who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and supporting a positive, collaborative team environment. You will bring strong clinical expertise, leadership capability and a commitment to ongoing professional development and service improvement. We are looking for someone who has:

- Extensive experience in radiation therapy planning and treatment delivery,



including multimodality imaging.
- Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary radiation therapy innovations, quality assurance, quality control and radiation safety principles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to support staff development and foster a positive, high-performing team culture.
- Highly developed communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- A demonstrated commitment to continuing professional education, research and continuous quality improvement.
