About the role
CBUS is undertaking a significant enterprise transformation to enhance member services, improve operational effectiveness and uplift business capabilities across people, process, data, digital and technology. As Change Manager – Member Service Transformation, you will develop and execute enterprise-level change strategies across multiple interconnected workstreams, ensuring impacts, dependencies, readiness and adoption requirements are understood and effectively managed.
This role is important because it will connect transformation outcomes with the people who bring them to life. You will provide strategic advice to Program Leaders and Sponsors, influence senior stakeholders, coordinate change across business and technology teams, and create a cohesive experience for impacted employees and leaders. You will also contribute to the Change Practice by mentoring practitioners and strengthening capability.
Key accountabilities:
- Lead and execute integrated change strategies across concurrent, interdependent workstreams
- Provide strategic advice to sponsors, senior leaders and governance forums, creating a transparent change narrative linked to business and member outcomes
- Assess cumulative impacts and coordinate engagement, communications, learning, readiness and adoption activities across delivery streams
- Build trusted stakeholder relationships, coach leaders and facilitate executive workshops to drive alignment and commitment
- Establish readiness indicators,
adoption measures and governance reporting, while managing people-related risks
What will you bring?
- Experience in a similar Senior Change Manager role delivering organisational change in complex Superannuation or Financial Services industries
- Proven success leading change across multiple concurrent workstreams and developing enterprise-level strategies that drive readiness, adoption and sustainable outcomes
- Exceptional stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and lead coaching capabilities across executive, senior leadership and operational audiences
- Deep change management expertise across impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communication, learning, readiness, adoption measurement and sustainment
- Resilience, adaptability and strong written, verbal, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate and translate complex concepts clearly
