ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our team as supporting chef to the Hospital Services Manager in delivering high-quality food services across the hospital, where you'll play a pivotal role in food preparation for patients, staff, and functions, ensuring top-tier quality and adherence to food safety plans, HACCP standards, and hospital policies.



This fast-paced position demands impeccable time management to meet the hospital's food service demands efficiently.

ABOUT YOU To excel in this role, you must be a seasoned, qualified chef with a passion for culinary excellence and service. Previous experience in a clinical setting or preparing food for medical patients is highly advantageous. Your responsibilities will include stock ordering, receiving deliveries, and maintaining high standards in allergen management. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work well a high-volume catering workflow area.

Key Requirements:

- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a hospital or hotel central kitchen
- Proficiency in catering to diverse dietary requirements.

This role requires flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends.
