About the role The Macksville Hotel is seeking an experienced Chef to join our team. This is a full-time role based in Macksville, on the mid-north coast of NSW.

What you'll be doing

- Preparing and cooking a wide variety of dishes from our menu

- Ensuring the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation

- Working with our chefs to develop new menu items and daily specials

- Overseeing kitchen operations and staff to maintain efficiency and productivity

What we're looking for

- Proven experience as a Chef

- Solid culinary skills and a passion for creating innovative dishes

- Excellent time management, organisational, and multitasking abilities

- Familiarity with food safety regulations and kitchen management practices

- Effective communication and the ability to work collaboratively with the team
