About the role

TATHRA HOTEL is seeking experienced and qualified Chefs to join our passionate kitchen team. This is a full-time role based in our hotel located in South Coast, Tathra NSW 2550. As a Qualified Chef, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

What you'll be doing

- Preparing high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are met
- Contributing to the development and refinement of our menu
- Working collaboratively with the wider hotel team

What we're looking for

- Formal culinary qualifications and 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, and experience working in fast paced environment
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality food
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Passion for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests
