About the Role As an Educator, you will work closely with the Centre Director,



Assistant Director and Educational Leader to deliver high-quality practice and meaningful outcomes for children.

You will

- Support the daily management of the service
- Implement curriculum development and educational excellence
- Support continuous improvement across the service
- Build strong relationships with children, families and the local community
- Support a culture of collaboration, professionalism and respect

About You

You will hold either

- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or
- A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

You will also bring:
- Experience in early childhood education
- Strong knowledge of the NQF, NQS and EYLF
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for quality early childhood education
