About the Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated, passionate and enthusiastic person who is interested in beginning a career in early childhood education through a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care traineeship.

This is a junior trainee position, making it an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career. School leavers are encouraged to apply, and no previous childcare qualification or experience is required.

Your Role As a Certificate III trainee, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Contributing to the educational program and children’s learning experiences
- Assisting Room Leaders and educators with daily routines and tasks




- Supporting the supervision of children during indoor and outdoor experiences
- Engaging with children in meaningful and age-appropriate learning experiences
- Helping to provide a safe, welcoming and enjoyable environment for children
- Assisting with mealtimes, cleaning and general room routines
- Building positive relationships with children, families and educators
- Working collaboratively as part of our team
- Completing the study and practical requirements of your Certificate III traineeship

Earn While You Learn This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position, with allocated study and training time provided throughout the working week.
